Founder & Lead

Naitik Kumar is the Founder of Tech4Hack, with experience working at IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IIT BHU, Deloitte, PW, and MyGov. He focuses on building impactful tech projects, workshops, and AI-driven solutions, leading Tech4Hack with the mission to make technology learning simple, practical, and accessible for students.

Naitik founded Tech4Hack with a vision to democratize technology education and create opportunities for underrepresented groups in tech. He has previously worked at major tech companies and has been instrumental in launching several successful startups.

Yash Goyal

Co-Founder & Co-Lead

Co-founder and Lead of Tech4hack.Work to create a strong tech community where students can learn, grow, and build together. Focus is on organising hackathons, workshops, and real project-based events that help students get practical skills

Yash brings over 10 years of experience in distributed systems and cloud architecture. He is a strong advocate for open source technologies and has contributed to numerous projects that power modern web applications.

Kushagra Sharma

Core Team Member

Community builder and developer advocate with a love for mentorship. Organizes our events and manages community engagement.

Kushagra has built and managed tech communities across three continents. His expertise in community engagement and event management has helped Tech4Hack grow from a small meetup to a global movement.

Technical Head
